To advance our vision, we come alongside new and existing brands to leverage our expertise, creativity, relationships, and exclusive partnerships to guide brands to their full potential through interconnected activities including: strategy, product development, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, and distribution.
We fulfill our mission through new techniques, while leaning into best practices. We believe kids today learn and grow through a variety of media types and it is critical for brand growth to meet our families where they are.
Brentwood Studios is an authoritative voice in the kids entertainment industry. Our combined experience of over 60 years has developed us into industry leaders in Intellectual Properties (IP's), which has given us practical skills in the areas of licensing, branding, publishing, marketing, and development. We know what it takes to create, develop, manage and sell successful kids brands because we've spent a lot of time doing it.
Implement and Expand on Effective Distribution
Source and negotiate distribution including retail (Christian retail, mainstream retail, Walmart, Amazon, iTunes, etc.), and film and TV (domestic and international). On a consistent basis we work directly with each Christian retail chain including Lifeway, Family Christian Stores, Mardel, Parable, and Munce. We maintain a preferred arrangement with distributors such as Capital Christian Distribution, Word Entertainment, Universal and SVOD outlets such as Right Now Media and JellyTelly.
Publish and Ancillary Products
Plan and build product plans for existing or new brands including publishing, toys, digital, and other ancillary products. We work on an ongoing basis with the largest publishers, and product creators in the world including Harper Collins Publishing, B&H Publishing, Tyndale Publishing, Gund Stuffed Toys, Mattel, and others. Additionally, we have self published award winning book titles such as Theo’s Tales of Little Overhill book series and self manufactured best selling toys such as plush toys for kids brand, Owlegories.
In the Faith based space, strong relationships and curriculum products targeted to the church and/or home-school market can be a strategic and profitable part of your brand strategy. Our team has worked in this space for years creating and handling distribution for key curriculum resources. Recent examples include Superbook: Church Edition, Theo: Foundations of Theology Curriculum, What’s in the Bible Church Edition, and The Aetherlight Launch Kit.
Plan and build strategic alliances with institutions, nonprofits, and other organizations including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, promotional partnerships, humanitarian partnerships, etc. We work with the youngest and oldest Christian organizations in the world from American Bible Society, the Catholic Church, to Steven Curtis Chapman’s Show Hope non-profit. We have developed some of the most successful and innovative alliances including relationships between Herschend Family Entertainment and Operation Christmas Child of Samaritan's Purse, and The Aetherlight game and the Museum of the Bible.
Strategic planning is critical for successful brands. Planning requires industry experience and new ideas. We work with brand owners, and creators to craft plans that include distribution, ancillary product development, and targeted alliances. Through a series of meetings, and culminating in a written document, our strategic plans become the playbook to allow new brands to reach their full potential.
Though our team has planned and led some of the largest and most successful marketing campaigns in the Faith based market, we strive to look beyond this traditional market into other areas and markets that may be appropriate for the brand, such as, international and direct to consumer strategies. In addition to strategy, we are able to leverage our priority advertising and marketing agreements with agencies and outlets in the space to develop and manage successful campaigns.
